PRIVACY & APPLICATIONS
A little clarity
before you apply.
This notice explains how VizionCraft uses information submitted through the Vizion Development application forms.
Notice version: 17 September 2026
Who is responsible?
Vizion Development is a project owned by VizionCraft. Contact the project owner at vizioncraftofficial@gmail.com with questions about your application or information.
What the form collects
Your email, chosen name or online name, Discord username, whether you are 18 or older and, if needed, your age range, country / time zone, experience, answers about AI use, portfolio links, favourite creation, motivation and application acknowledgements. Education and AI-use details are optional. Under-18 applicants must confirm minimum-age eligibility and parent or guardian permission.
Please do not send passwords, government identification, dates of birth, home addresses, private access tokens or sensitive personal information. A real name is not required. Share only work you have permission to show and explain your own contribution.
Why it is used
Your answers are used to review your application and contact you about possible involvement in the project. Applications are reviewed by the project owner and authorised reviewers, not published on this website. Submitting does not subscribe you to marketing.
Where it goes
The website and application service run on Cloudflare. Submitted applications are stored in the project’s Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated submissions; it processes technical browser and network information. A short-lived, one-way keyed identifier derived from an IP address is used for rate limiting. The application database does not store the raw IP address.
If the owner enables Discord notifications, the notification contains only the application reference and role, not your email, name or written answers. Following a Discord, YouTube or portfolio link takes you to another service, which has its own privacy rules.
How long information is kept
Applications are kept while being reviewed and during any related follow-up. The project owner is responsible for removing records when they are no longer needed. You may request earlier deletion. Provider backups and technical security logs may be subject to Cloudflare’s separate retention arrangements.
Your choices
Applying is optional. You may ask to view, correct, withdraw or delete your application by emailing vizioncraftofficial@gmail.com from the address you used, with your application reference if available. Withdrawing an application ends its consideration. Additional privacy rights may apply where you live.
Younger applicants
This form is not for anyone under 13. Applicants must also meet Discord’s minimum age where they live. If you are under 18, get a parent or guardian’s permission before applying. Do not submit an application if you cannot confirm those requirements. Applying does not automatically authorise participation; appropriate safeguards and local rules still apply.
Browser storage
The site remembers your selected display theme in local browser storage. If someone selects an ineligible age range, a temporary yes/no eligibility marker is kept for that browser session to prevent immediately reopening the form. It contains no name, contact details or exact age. Form answers are not saved to local storage. There is no site-added advertising or analytics script. Cloudflare may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Unpaid means unpaid
These applications are for hobby collaboration, purely for fun. You should assume you will not be paid. No future payment, employment or share of revenue is promised. Applying does not transfer ownership of your work or grant a commercial licence to it. Any future use of contributions must be agreed separately, subject to applicable law.
